(“Intema” or the “Corporation”) (TSXV: ITM, OTCMKTS: ITMZF), maker of eFlyerMaker.com, an email platform with extensive compliance and content creation suites, announced today its intent to reprice and extend by two years, the 2,693,667 warrants of the Corporation with an exercise price of $0.24 per share and an expiry date of March 15, 2020.
Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, each of these warrants will entitle the holder to subscribe for one common share of Intema, at an exercise price of $0.18 per share, until March 15, 2022.
