ISC Provides Corporate Update

REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN–(Marketwired – Dec. 10, 2016) – Information Services Corporation (TSX:ISV) (“ISC” or the “Company”) today reported it has experienced a broad technology service disruption affecting the availability of Saskatchewan registry services and support over the past three days. This outage was not isolated to ISC. The Company understands the outage has also impacted other clients of its technology service provider.

As at the time of this news release, systems have been restored and, prior to any resumption of registry services, are being tested and monitored for stability.

ISC is also actively collaborating with statutory officials with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice Office of Public Registry Administration respecting this service disruption and resumption of registry services.

When registry services have resumed, the Company will provide an update to the market.
