(“Level One” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: LEVL), the holding company for Level One Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 1,000,000 depositary shares (the “depositary shares”), each representing a 1/100th interest in a share of 7.50% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series B, no par value, with a liquidation preference of $2,500 per share (equivalent to $25.00 per depositary share). In connection with the offering, the Company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 150,000 depositary shares. The Company has applied to list the depositary shares on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “LEVLP.” The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on or about August 13, 2020.
