Liquor Stores N.A. Ltd. Shareholders Approve All Resolutions at Annual Meeting of Shareholders

EDMONTON, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – May 11, 2016) – Liquor Stores N.A. Ltd. (the “Company” or “Liquor Stores”) (TSX:LIQ) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 10, 2016, in Edmonton. A total of 3,470,721 shares, representing approximately 12.58% of common shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.

During the regular business proceedings at the meeting, shareholders approved the resolutions below:

1. Fixing Number of Directors

The number of directors was fixed at nine (9). Liquor Stores’ shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the meeting voted as follows:

2. Election of Directors

The nine nominees set forth in the Liquor Stores’ management information circular (the “Circular”) dated April 6, 2016 were elected as directors of Liquor Stores by a majority vote cast by ballot. 3. Appointment of Auditors

This resolution appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Accountants, to serve as auditors of Liquor Stores until the next annual meeting or until their successor is appointed, at a remuneration to be fixed by the Board of Directors was approved by a show of hands.
