CALGARY, ALBERTA–(Marketwired – May 16, 2016) – Logan International Inc. (TSX:LII) (“Logan“) announced today, in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX“) requirements, the voting results from its annual general meeting of shareholders held May 12, 2016 in Calgary, Alberta.
A total of 23,686,074 common shares were voted in connection with the meeting, representing approximately 70.32% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Logan. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth at the meeting, being the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors and the election of all director nominees as follows:
