MONTRÉAL, Dec. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Siyata Mobile Inc. (the “Company” or “Siyata”) (TSX-V:SIM / OTCQX:SYATF) is pleased to announce that its distribution partner Logic Wireless, a leading Push-To-Talk distributer for enterprise grade communication systems in Australia and New Zealand has launched and commenced sales of the UV350 with purchase orders already secured.
Additionally, Logic Wireless and Siyata Mobile are advancing towards a UV350 launch with an Australian Tier 1 carrier, marking a significant endeavor for both companies in this new market and anticipates it will receive carrier network approval for the UV350 in the first half of 2019.
Marc Seelenfreund, CEO and Chairman commented, “We are fortunate to forge ahead in a new market for our 4G PTT products with a strong partner such as Logic Wireless. They are one of the leading Push-to-Talk experts in the region and have the knowledge, contacts and expertise to sell enterprise solutions to their customers. Australia and New Zealand represent a similar market opportunity to Canada and this will add another pipeline of revenue for Siyata in 2019 and beyond. As a global leader for in-vehicle communication devices, our continued expansion shows that our product is being well-received in multiple markets and we look forward to seeing strong results from our efforts throughout 2019.”
The UV350 is the world’s first and only dedicated 4G in-vehicle smartphone with Push-to-Talk over Cellular (“PoC”) while being compatible on Band 14. As an all-in-one, purpose-built in-vehicle smartphone designed to upgrade single purpose hardware, the UV350 creates in-vehicle efficiencies never seen before in the commercial fleet and vehicle market.
