Cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash were $210.8 million as of March 31, 2020, compared to $227.4 million as of March 31, 2019.License revenue was $4.2 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, compared to $0.8 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2019. The increase represents increased amortization of the $100.0 million upfront payment that the Company received in March 2019 from its collaboration agreement with Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Janssen), one of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson.Research and development expenses were $8.1 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, compared to $13.0 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2019.
