VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Innovative Properties Inc. d/b/a Nabis Holdings (CSE:INR) (“Nabis” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce Mr. Aaron Salz of Stoic Advisory, Ms. Jade Green of Jade Green Consulting and Mr. Ranjeev Dhillon of McCarthy Tetrault as special advisors to the Company. The Company also announces Mr. Liran Kandinov to join the Board of Directors.
Mr. Salz is the Principal and Founder of Stoic Advisory Inc., a boutique corporate finance advisory firm focused on the global cannabis industry. Since inception, Stoic has advised on more than $1.5 billion of cannabis M&A transactions, and worked on a number of go-public’s and other transaction-based mandates in the sector. Prior to founding Stoic, Mr. Salz was an Investment Analyst at Interward Asset Management, a specialist investment firm based in Toronto. Prior to Interward, Aaron spent over four years at Dundee Capital Markets (now Eight Capital), starting as a Research Associate before moving on as an Analyst covering medical & recreational cannabis companies. With nearly five years of applied expertise in the cannabis industry, Ms. Green has worked as an owner, officer and advisor to a multitude of cannabis enterprises. Mr. Kandinov is the Executive Director and CEO of Lex Professional Development Group Inc., a legal education and consulting firm. He has over 10 years of leadership and strategic management experience and is a dual licensed attorney in both New York State and in the province of Ontario. Mr. Kandinov obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management from the University of Toronto, his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Manchester and his Master of Laws in Business Law from the University of Toronto.

The Company also announces that it has granted an aggregate of 550,000 incentive stock options to the advisory board and new board member to purchase up to 550,000 common shares in the capital of the Company. The incentive stock options have an exercise price of $0.47 per share and expire five years from the date of grant. As a result of this option grant, the Company has 6,250,000 stock options outstanding, representing 6.6% of the issued and outstanding share capital of the Company.
