Nano Dimension Announces Closing of $3.5 Million Public Offering

NESS ZIONA, ISRAEL , Feb. 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Nano Dimension Ltd., a leading additive manufactured electronics (AME) provider (Nasdaq, TASE: NNDM), today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 2,333,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADS”), at a price per ADS to the public of $1.50. The gross proceeds to the Company from this offering were $3,499,500, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other offering expenses, and excluding the exercise of the over-allotment option, if any.
