Neopost Canada Acquires BC-Based Pell Business Equipment Ltd.

MARKHAM, ON and VANCOUVER, Dec. 3, 2015 /CNW/ – Neopost Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary of Neopost S.A., the number two global supplier in Mail Solutions and a major player in the fields of Digital Communications and Shipping Solutions, has acquired Pell Business Equipment Ltd., its largest and most successful dealer partner in the country.

Three generations of the Pelletier family worked hard to build a strong reputation and solid market share across the Greater Vancouver/Fraser Valley selling and servicing the full line of Neopost solutions. Since its inception in 1977, the Pell name has been synonymous with outstanding customer service and this remains one of the keys to its long-term success.

Current President and Principal Stephen Pelletier will stay on for the next year to work with Philip Evans, Neopost’s Dealer Manager, Western Region, to help provide leadership continuity and ensure that customers receive uninterrupted service at the high level to which they have become accustomed.

In a statement released earlier this week, Pelletier said, “I want to sincerely thank every one of our customers for entrusting their business to us. I would like to assure them that our name and location will not change and equally important, that our dedicated staff will continue meeting all their business requirements.”

Today Lou Gizzarelli, President of Neopost Canada said, “We sincerely welcome all the members of the Pell Business Equipment team to the Neopost family. We now have a solid base in Western Canada to position ourselves for significant growth in this dynamic and flourishing part of the country.”
