The management buyout will bring about no significant changes for customers, suppliers and partners.
Both Sugar and McMahon have been heavily involved in ProServeIT success for more than 10 years and have been instrumental in positioning ProServeIT as a leader in Microsoft Cloud Services, Managed Services and Software Development. With a renewed focus on these key strategies customers can expect ProServeIT to continue to push IT solutions that make their customers’ businesses better.
Under the new leadership structure, the company plans to increase its emphasis on Microsoft Cloud Technologies and shift its development team to start building apps.
