(the “Corporation” or “Spriza”) (TSX VENTURE:SPZ) is pleased to announce it has entered a Software License Agreement with Maverick Agency Limited. (“Maverick”), a versatile creative agency headquartered out of Calgary, Alberta. Maverick offers services in branding, marketing, digital and social with the majority of its business focused in Canada and the United States.
The agreement allows Maverick to utilize the Spriza Platform, utilizing the proprietary software as a licensee, to create and publish contest and email campaigns for its clients. Maverick plans to sell Spriza Campaigns to its clients as part of its service offering to provide a complete and all-encompassing marketing solution, fulfilling the need of customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Spriza’s Licensed Software allows the user to handle everything from creative, distribution, management, fulfilment, audit and reporting.
Maverick will be using Spriza’s software to plan, create, and execute digital marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and generate qualified targeted leads for its clients and partners. Spriza’s proprietary software includes full access to a reporting dashboard, providing Maverick with deep, real-time analytics and reporting on the success of its campaigns, through robust tools that measure marketing and advertising budgets for real time return on investment analysis and demographic data.
The Spriza platform will enhance Mavericks current offering to easily include conversion and engagement of contests, coupons, display advertisements, direct buy offer, charities and any other offers or incentives. Use of Spriza’s software enables Maverick’s clients to further tap into the power of shared interests and personal relationships within their target markets, producing traceable and quantifiable results in the categories of: lead generation, conversions, app downloads, affiliate revenue, brand exposure, and engagement.
