(TSX VENTURE:NXG) (“NexgenRx” or the ” Company “) is pleased to announce that all ordinary and special resolutions were passed at the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, which was held today in Toronto, Ontario. An aggregate of 38,626,359 (64.28%) of the outstanding shares of the Company entitled to be voted at the meeting were represented in person or by proxy. The following five nominees were elected as Directors of the Company to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Company, or until their successors are elected or appointed: Ronald Loucks, Thomas Corcoran, David Rosenkrantz, Patrick Crowley and Charles Burns.
The following additional resolutions were also passed at the Annual and Special Meeting of Corporation Shareholders:
- Approval of the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as Auditors of the Company for the ensuing year; and
- Ratification and approval of the stock option plan of the Company.
