The Company and its independent registered public accounting firm, Crowe Horwath LLP, are expeditiously working to obtain technical confirmation on accounting treatment of two narrow, non-cash accounting entries. Management believes the Q1 10-Q will be released shortly.
The Company has filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with regard to the Q1 10-Q, which grants the Company an extension of time until Monday March 16th to timely file the Q1 10-Q.
