Fiscal 2020 third quarter sales were $3.70 billion, compared with $3.69 billion in the prior year quarter. Net income was $367.3 million, compared with $411.2 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2019. Fiscal 2020 third quarter earnings per share were $2.83, compared with $3.14 in the prior year quarter. Adjusted earnings per share were $2.92, compared with adjusted earnings per share of $3.17 in the third quarter of fiscal 2019. Fiscal year-to-date cash flow from operations was $1.29 billion and reached 12.3% of sales, compared with 10.3% in the prior year period, or 12.1% when adjusted for a fiscal 2019 discretionary pension contribution.
