(the “Issuer” and together with the Partnership, the “Companies”, TSXV: PVF.WT), announced today that the Issuer has agreed to issue CDN$150 million of senior unsecured notes due 2027 (the “Notes”). The Notes will bear interest at a rate of 4.375% per annum, payable semi-annually and will mature on November 15, 2027. The net proceeds from the sale of the Notes will be used for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on or about August 21, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
