Siyata Mobile Continues to Receive Purchase Orders From Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Alberta

MONTREAL, QC–(Marketwired – July 12, 2016) – Siyata Mobile Inc. (the “Company” or “Siyata”) (TSX VENTURE: SIM) (OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce that the Company continues to receive purchase orders from multiple divisions of the Alberta Royal Canadian Mounted Police (“RCMP”) for its Truckfone connected-vehicle devices. Siyata has seen considerable demand since the initial order and is now fulfilling purchase orders with 14 different RCMP detachments.

As the Canadian national police service and an agency of the Ministry of Public Safety, the RCMP is unique in the world as a national, federal, provincial and municipal policing body.

There are currently more than 700 RCMP detachments comprised of 8,677 vehicles throughout Canada. Many of these vehicles rely on outdated 2G networks that are being systematically shut down, triggering a demand for modern fixed communication devices that can run on current networks. Siyata is expanding its direct marketing campaigns in order to offer a solution for organizations that require communications hardware that is compatible with next generation networks and Push-to-Talk radio technology.

Siyata’s Truckfone is the ideal solution for commercial fleets, offering crystal clear transmission even in rural areas thanks to a powerful speaker, dedicated microphone, and external antenna. With 3G connectivity and a simple user interface, the Truckfone allows effective hands-free communications for drivers.

Marc Seelenfreund, CEO of Siyata, commented, “We are pleased with the results of our marketing efforts towards the RCMP and continue to view this as a large-scale opportunity in Canada. Our expansion in central Alberta includes installing our Truckfone as their mission critical communication device, replacing existing hardware that relies on 2G and CDMA networks.”
