Siyata Mobile Partners With Uniden(R) America Corporation

MONTREAL, QC–(Marketwired – September 27, 2016) – Siyata Mobile Inc. (the “Company” or “Siyata”) (TSX VENTURE: SIM) (OTC PINK: SIMFF) is pleased to announce a partnership with Uniden® America Corporation, whereas Siyata Mobile has exclusive rights in North America to market and distribute their innovative devices under the Uniden® brand in the categories of cellular amplifiers, connected vehicle cellular devices and other rugged cellular products.

Siyata’s Truckfone and Voyager 3G connected-vehicle-devices in North America will be re-branded as the Uniden® UCP100 and Uniden® UCP200 respectively. The rebranding brings strong brand recognition for its devices and introduces a more unified brand to the current dealers, operators and future customers in North America.
