VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 18, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Skyharbour Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SYH) (OTCQB: SYHBF) (Frankfurt: SC1P) (the “Company”) announces that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,000,000 units of the Company (the “Units”) at a price of CAD $0.15 per Unit and up to 3,333,333 flow-through units (the “FT Units”) at a price of CAD $0.18 per FT Unit, for combined total gross proceeds of up to CAD $1,200,000.
Each Unit will be comprised of one common share and one warrant (“Warrant”). Each FT Unit will be comprised of one flow-through common share and one-half of one Warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of three (3) years at a price of CAD $0.22 per share. The Company intends to use the proceeds from this private placement for exploration and upcoming drilling as well as for general working capital purposes. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, and all securities are subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period. The Company also owns a 100% interest in the Falcon Point Uranium Project on the eastern perimeter of the Basin which contains a NI 43-101 inferred resource totaling 7.0 million pounds of U3O8 at 0.03% and 5.3 million pounds of ThO2 at 0.023%. The Company’s 100% owned Mann Lake Uranium project on the east side of the Basin is strategically located adjacent to the Mann Lake Joint Venture operated by Cameco, where high-grade uranium mineralization was recently discovered.
