(NASDAQ: SOHO) (the “Company”) today announced the estimated income tax classification of the Company’s 2018 distributions on its common shares (CUSIP #83600C103), Series B preferred shares (CUSIP #83600C301) and Series C preferred shares (CUSIP #83600C400). The income tax classification of the 2018 distributions as it is expected to be reported on Form 1099-DIV is set forth in the following table:
