VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA–(Marketwired – June 3, 2016) – Southern Silver Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SSV)(FRANKFURT:SEG1)(SSE:SSVCL) (“Southern Silver” or the “Company”) reports that the Company has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants to purchase 1,625,000 common shares. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.30 per share for a period of five years and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Included in the above are 75,000 options that have been granted to the Company’s investor relations consultant that shall vest over a period of 12 months, with 25% being exercisable every three months, after the grant date.
