(“Spectral” or the “Company”) (TSX:EDT)(OTCQX:EDTXF), a Phase III company developing the first treatment for patients with endotoxemic septic shock using a medical device, today announced that after a detailed review of the trading volume, costs and administrative requirements related to maintaining the Company’s listing on the OTCQX, it has voluntarily delisted its Common shares from the OTCQX effective January 1, 2017. Spectral’s Common shares will continue to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
