(the “Corporation” or “Spriza”) (TSX VENTURE:SPZ) is pleased to announce it has signed a partnership agreement with Cowboys Calgary (“Cowboys”), part of Penny Lane Entertainment Group. Cowboys is a mogul in media and events in Calgary and nationwide, with business in events, casinos, concerts, nightclubs, restaurants, and lifestyle brands.
The partnership allows Cowboys to utilize Spriza’s proprietary software as a licensee, to create and publish contest campaigns for all of it events and properties. Spriza’s cloud-based digital marketing automation software allows the user to handle everything from creative, distribution, management, fulfilment, audit and reporting. Cowboys will be using Spriza’s software to plan, create, and execute digital marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and generate qualified targeted leads. Specifically, Cowboys will benefit from successful conversion and engagement of contests, coupons, display advertisements, direct buy offer, charities and any other offers or incentives. Spriza’s proprietary software includes full access to a reporting dashboard, providing Cowboys with deep, real-time analytics and reporting on the success of its campaigns, through robust tools that measure marketing and advertising budgets for real time return on investment analysis and demographic data. Use of Spriza’s software enables Cowboys to tap into the power of shared interests and personal relationships within the company’s target markets, producing traceable and quantifiable results in the categories of: lead generation, conversions, app downloads, affiliate revenue, brand exposure, and engagement.
The first project of the Spriza/Cowboys partnership is the ‘Cowboys Stampede Experience for 4’ Contest, that launched June 23, 2016. This contest awards the lucky Grand Prize Winner with a Cowboy’s Festival Pass. The Festival Pass grants the Winner and three friends access to all concerts at the Cowboys Tent and Dance Hall during the 2016 Calgary Stampede, a $2000 value.

The agreement with Cowboys will generate income for Spriza from each contest campaign that is run, as well as an on-going revenue stream from the platform license, which is for an initial 12-month term with an option for a renewal for additional terms. The marketing plans for the coming year for Cowboys is being finalized, but Cowboys plans to launch numerous contests in 2016 and 2017 with exciting prizes available to Canada and the USA.
