Net Assets at quarter end were $143,199,234. The unrealized appreciation of the portfolio decreased by $442,960 or $0.07 per share. The Company’s Net Asset Value was $21.83 per share, up $0.08 from the prior quarter. In the fourth quarter, the Company paid a cash distribution of $0.38 per share. The distribution was paid on January 3, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 23, 2019.
