(“Storm” or the “Company“) (TSX:SRX) is pleased to announce the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 16, 2018. A total of 92,419,614 common shares, representing approximately 76.03% of Storm’s issued and outstanding shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.

Shareholders also confirmed an amendment to the Company’s stock option plan and approved unallocated options thereunder (91.06% of the votes cast being in favour), as well as confirming the advance notice bylaw of the Company (63.41% of the votes cast being in favour).
