TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – July 12, 2016) – SustainCo Inc. (the “Company” or “SustainCo”) (TSX VENTURE:SMS)(CSE:SMS.DB) intends to effect a 20 for 1 consolidation (the “Consolidation“) of its common shares upon receipt of approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The Consolidation was approved by the Company’s shareholders at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on April 1, 2016.
Registered shareholders are requested to submit a completed letter of transmittal (a copy of which can be found on the Company’s website and under the Company’s profile on www.sedar.com) together with their existing share certificates to TMX Trust in exchange for post-Consolidation share certificates.
