Terra Firma Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:TII) (the “Company” or “Terra Firma”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to extend the secured revolving credit facility (the “Facility”) with a financial institution for a six-month term and to increase credit limit of the Facility from $10 million to $20 million. The agreement also provides the Company an option to extend the Facility for a subsequent six-month period. The Facility will be used to fund and warehouse new investments while raising syndication and/or co-investment capital and other general corporate purposes.

“Coming into the third quarter, we identified a need to increase our line of credit primarily to accommodate a large number of transactions expected to close in the near term. The increased line will provide us the opportunity to warehouse the loans until they are syndicated to investors”, commented Glenn Watchorn, CEO.
