Top Image Systems Announces Board Member Resignation

TEL AVIV, Israel and PLANO, Texas, Jan. 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Top Image Systems, Ltd. (NASDAQ: TISA), a global innovator of intelligent content processing solutions, today announced the resignation of Board Member Osnat Segev-Harel, who was serving as a director of Top Image Systems, Ltd. The resignation became effective on January 3, 2019.
