Tower One Announces the Sale of a Select Portfolio of Towers in Mexico

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 14, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — TOWER ONE WIRELESS CORP. (CSE: TO) (OTCQB: TOWTF) (Frankfurt: 1P3N) (“Tower One” or the “Company”) announced today the sale of a select portfolio of towers in Mexico for US$ 2.8 million.
The transaction includes 28 towers for $2.8 million in cash. The Company will remain in the tower business as a developer and operator of towers. Tower One expects to receive new assignments for immediate commencement of construction during the third quarter of 2020.“This is a great example of how we continue to optimize our balance sheet and maximize liquidity while we continue to support the construction demand of our customers.
