Valencia Ventures Inc. (NEX:VVI.H) (“Valencia” or the “Company”) has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing of 1,346,428 Valencia common shares at a price of {$content}.14 per share for gross proceeds of 8,500.
The common shares issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a statutory hold period which expires on March 16, 2018. The financing remains subject to receipt of final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
Valencia intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes and to identify and pursue opportunities to reactivate its business.
