(“Vivione” or the “Corporation“) (NEX BOARD: VBI.H) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a compensation agreement (the “Agreement“) with Mr. Chester Jachimiec, the President and Chief Operating Officer of Vivione, whereby Vivione has agreed to provide Mr. Jachimiec with 120,000 Class A common shares of the Corporation issued at $0.05 per share as partial payment for services provided to the Corporation by Mr. Jachimiec in March and April, 2016 (the “Issuance“).
The Agreement was approved by the Corporation’s Board of Directors and Vivione is in the process of seeking regulatory approval for the Issuance. The Issuance is subject to NEX approval.
