Watford Holdings Announces CEO Succession Plan

HAMILTON, Bermuda, Feb. 27, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Watford Holdings Limited (“Watford” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: WTRE) today announced that John F. Rathgeber will retire as Chief Executive Officer on March 31, 2020. Mr. Rathgeber will remain a member of Watford’s board of directors and serve as a senior advisor to the Company.
