Western Forest Products Amends and Extends $250 Million Credit Facility

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 26, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Western Forest Products Inc. (TSX: WEF) (“Western” or the “Company”) announced today the amendment and extension of its current $250 million syndicated credit facility. The maturity date of the credit facility has been extended to July 21, 2026. The credit facility is subject to certain financial covenants and the security provided thereunder remains unchanged.
