(NEX: WRY.H) (“Western Troy” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of units (each, a “Unit”) at a price of $0.015 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $500,000 (the “Offering”).
Each Unit shall be comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company (each, a “Common Share”) and one Common Share purchase warrant (each, a “Warrant”), each Warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire on additional Common Share at price of $0.05 for a period of twelve (12) months from the closing date of the Offering.The Offering is subject to approval of the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “NEX”). It is expected that the Closing of the Offering will occur on or before June 30, 2020.
