Women Inc. Magazine Recognizes Three Tractor Supply Company Board Members on 2018 Most Influential Corporate Directors List

BRENTWOOD, Tenn.,, Nov. 20, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO), the largest rural lifestyle retail chain in the United States, today announced three members of its Board of Directors – Cynthia T. Jamison, Edna K. Morris and Denise L. Jackson – have been named to Women Inc. Magazine’s 2018 Most Influential Corporate Directors list.

The 2018 list features a comprehensive directory of influential female directors, executives, influencers and achievers who are currently serving on the boards of S&P 500/Big-Cap publicly held companies and making impacts through their leadership.

Cynthia T. Jamison serves as Chairman of the Board at Tractor Supply and is the senior-most member of the Board, having served since 2002. From 2010 to 2014, Ms. Jamison served as Lead Independent Director of the Company. She has extensive financial and accounting experience, including public company reporting, as well as expertise in strategic planning, capitalization and corporate governance gained from her years as a chief financial officer and audit committee chairman for several public companies.

Edna K. Morris has been a Director on the Tractor Supply Board since 2004, making her the second longest-serving Director. Currently, she serves as Chief Executive Officer of Range Restaurant Group since 2008, as Managing Director of Axum Capital Partners since 2012 and as Senior Advisor to the Food Retail and Restaurants Group of PJ SOLOMON since 2018. She has over 40 years of executive leadership experience in restaurant and investment organizations of various sizes and types, in different growth stages and with wide ranging corporate cultures, business models and leadership styles. 

Denise L. Jackson was elected as a Director on the Tractor Supply Board in May 2018 and has served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. since 2000. With over 17 years of experience as the general counsel and secretary of a publicly traded company, Ms. Jackson has considerable expertise in corporate governance, legal, compliance, risk management and government affairs.
