(“Xebec” or the “Corporation”) (TSXV:XBC) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Desjardins Capital Markets (the “Underwriters”) pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase on a bought deal basis 9,524,000 common shares (the “Common Shares”) at a price of $2.10 per Common Share (the “Offering Price”) for aggregate gross proceeds to Xebec of $20,000,400 (the “Offering”).The Corporation has granted the Underwriters an option, exercisable, in whole or in part, at any time until and including 30 days following the closing of the Offering, to purchase up to an additional 15% of the Offering at the Offering Price to cover over-allotments, if any.
